PSM-4K Series

Supplier :

PSM-4K series cryogenic probe station is a closed-cycle cryogenic probe station, compact and low vibration design, can provide a <4K-350K high and low temperature vacuum test

Sole manufacturer capable of measuring 100mm large samples, whereas our competitors are limited to a maximum measurement area of 32mm.

ABOUT

SYSTEM FEATURES

Capable of measuring 100mm large samples

This capability is made possible by the revolutionary design of our probe arm. Unlike traditional arms limited to X, Y, and Z-axis adjustments, we have innovatively integrated an R-axis (in-plane rotation) function.

The best OEM components

Sumitomo cryocooler, Pfeiffer pumping system, and GGB Industries probes, combined with our state-of-the-art expertise in cryogenic design and machining.

No liquid helium consumption is required

The PSM-4K is our premium cryogen-free, closed-cycle probe station, ideal for users who want the convenience of cryogen-free operation. With a self-contained closed-cycle refrigerator (CCR), it reaches cryogenic temperatures autonomously, removing the need for ongoing monitoring by the researcher.

Focused on innovation and flexibility

Temperature difference sample holder; R-axis in-plane rotation function; DC probes and optical fibers can be installed simultaneously on same probe arm. 100mm full surface probing…

Low Vibrations on sample stage

Provide a horizontal and vibrationdamping
support platform. Gravity vibration damping & air flotation vibration damping pads. Sample Stage vibration < 1µ p-p xyz (frequency range covers 0 to 100KHz)

Up to 6 probe arms

The types of probe arms can be freely combined;
· Four DC probe arms + two optical fiber arms, four DC arms + two 67GHz microwave
arms, three DC arms + two microwave arms + one optical fiber arm, etc. can be selected.

OPTIONS

Thermodynamics Sample Stand:
The sample holder is designed with zoning, and the two zones can achieve a temperature difference of 60K. The surface of the sample holder is grounded

Integration of cryogenic nanopositioners into the vacuum chamber, enabling ultra-high-resolution optical alignments while using manual probes for RF and DC measurements.

Multi electrode sample holder:
The PSM-4K series low-temperature probe station provides a multi electrode sample holder option for sample testing, which can be quickly disassembled and increases the flexibility of the system.

We searched for a long time, across three continents, for a manufacturer that truly had something to bring to researchers in Europe.
The cryogenic probe-station offering available on the market needed to be renewed, and researchers needed more competitive pricing for this type of system.
With LinkPhysics, Qnity has found the perfect challenger: undeniable innovations, the best OEM components, and ultra-affordable prices.
Above all, it addresses one of the main pain points expressed by researchers: the ability to probe larger-diameter wafers at cryogenic temperatures using a manual, laboratory probe station.
They’ve done it – we’ve seen it – and we’re going to tell everyone.
